a born artist,

claudia started drawing at the age of three. soon after the activity totally grabbed her, the beginning of a life long love affair driven by her enormous imagination, emotion and energy.

always looking outside the limitations presented, claudia found the wall of her parents bratislava apartment. encouraged by her mother, claudia drew on the wall. as she grew, her reach expanded and the artwork grew. highly appreciated by the frequent visitors to her parents’ wild parties, the artwork got known and small contributions by visitors were added. after claudia’s move to vienna at age nine, this first artwork was unfortunately lost.

in vienna, claudia graduated from the federal school of music and art and subsequently took acting lessons, to develop her personality. the first quote she choose to study was a quote by picasso rather than a famous writer or actor. once more the red line of painting presented itself in claudia’s life.

in 2006 claudia completed a series of paintings, inspired by an overwhelming trip to India.

at present claudia is working on the series "modern heroines", returning to the essence of her work: a confident and wonderful play of lines and color, showing articulated emotions in the faces of her subjects. the series “modern heroines” and previous works is on display in different cities in Europe and the USA.
